Migration Control
In order to prevent pigments or chemicals to migrate across the fabric during stenter drying we have supplied numerous infra red systems. Typically these infra red systems are placed either after a foulard or a coating process. Besides migration control production speed increases of existing stenter lines of more than 30% have been achieved.

Drying
In many stages of the textile finishing process fabrics are wetted and subsequently dried. With our infra red technology we offer an extremely efficient method of drying. Typically our systems are placed prior to a steam cylinder stack or a stenter. In these configurations the infra systems are used to reduce the water content to a range of about 35 - 45%.

For larger drying effects we offer an even more advanced solution. In these dryers we do not only use infra red but we combine the infra red energy with our unique hot-air recirculation systems. In these appliances moisture levels of 0 to 20% can be achieved.

Coating
Coating of fabrics with either latex, poly acrylates, micro porous polyurethane or foams is a common practice in the industry. Typically the chemicals are applied by either a knife coater, licking roll or a screen coater after which the fabric is dried in a conventional stenter. Due to type of drying (hot-air) the top layer of the coating closes which traps the water, resulting in pinholes in the coating. By applying the ECO Clean Tech Combustion infra red technology pinholes are reduced or totally avoided and the production speeds can be increased.

Preshrinking - Thermosetting
In order to avoid shrinkage during further processing of the fabric or when fabrics are being used, it is a common practise to preshrink the fabrics. Instead of using a complete stenter or other thermal heating system ECOCombustion offers the option to shrink fabrics with infra red. With the extremely well controlled burners it is possible to control shrinkage processes to a tenth of a percentage.

Carrousel Screen Printing
For manual or automatic carrousel type screen printing processes, ECO Clean Tech Combustion has developed a range of high quality, highly efficient conveyor belt ovens. These systems excel in the temperature evenness, quality of fixation, and extremely low energy consumption. Our smart design dryers can be executed with one or multiple belts and can be tailored to your current and future production needs.

Digital Printing
Digital printing of textiles is slowly but surely a larger share of the market. For flags, banners, roller blinds and fashion fabrics various printers and plotters have been introduced to the market. Regardless of the brand of plotter you have, ECOCombustion offers a range of conveyor belt systems for the drying, curing and fixation of your prints.

Compared to rotation screen printing the volumes of fabric to be processed in a digital printing environment are typically much lower. This means that conventional textile washing lines are not really efficiently used. At ECO Clean Tech Combustion we have developed a combined washing and drying system for small and medium sized production volumes.
